Our approach towards assessment

Use a positive attitude towards assessment is to find out what a candidate knows, not what she/he does not know. Assess the ability or competence of a candidate and not the candidate.Judgement about candidate be made under conditions when she/he can demonstrate at her/his best. The testing criteria cover theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including, viva test as well. More focus on performance of the actual task. The question paper is for theory, practical, viva, attitude test and safety requirements.
